TN's Playoffs

Well as the baseball season ends it brought both good and bad. Finished the year at 438-407 +64.36 units, my third straight winning year posting here. Unfortulately, it is the first year I didnt crack the 100 unit mark. What is worse, is I was at 100 units just before the allstar break. Bad second half, but plus is plus and now we have the playoffs.

All plays will be 1,3 and 5 units. Dont expect to have more than 2 or 3 5 unit plays the whole playoffs. I'll be back in a bit with todays plays.

Anaheim +129 (series bet for 3 units)

Anaheim -124 (3 units)
White sox under 9 -117 (3 units)

White sox -108 (1 unit)
Looking to take Boston in the series after game one (hopefully they lose).

TN all the best today. Another great Bases season for you! Like your Bost under play. I also played it un9-105. Getting into the 7th with no more runs would be great. Over bettors thinking game is a lock. They still need 5 runs for a win.

GLAD to see this - I have stated MANY times - Angels are THE BEST Series play on the board. i am headed off to the game soon and while i am NOT an Angels' fan i LOATHE the Scum sucking Evil Empire and will be rooting my ass off for the Halos

Thanks for pointing out my error. It is under 9 -105. The Yanks are
under 9 -117. Jumped the gun a little as I am probably going to play that later and read the wrong one of the sheet.

Doesn't look good on the Sox/Sox under. Are you posting your plays somewhere? I would love to compair notes.

It's been a tough run of late. I'm a spot player (don't bet many games) and going 0-3 on my last three in Bases is a tough run.

Playing the under soon on the Yanks game. Numbers starting to move. Feel Yanks total is a stronger play compared to Bost under. May play it a little heavier & that's a big MAY.

Nice call on the under Moon. I couldn't get back to the computer to post the under as an official play so I will go with 1-2 -6.23 for day one. for today

Boston series +146 (3 units) I expect the Whitesox bats to be held in check by Wells who has pitched well the last month. Value now with Bsox in my opinion.

Atlanta series +101 (3 units). All I hear is Houston pitching will dominate. Do we forget that Houston cant score esp. in the playoffs? I think it will be tight but I take the home team at + money

Atlanta under 7.5 -135 (3 units)
boston under 9 +115 (3 units)

Sorry SB was out and didnt see your post. I passed on the late game. Liked the Angels but needed them to win for the series bet so just rooted for that.
1-3 -10.28 units for the playoffs. Looks like my horrid second half continues.

Stlouis - 1.5 -118 (3 units)
houston under 7 -110 (3 units)

Like Atlanta but no play as the series bet is in trouble if I lose this one.

bad start 3-6 -11.66. I actually didnt do that poorly, just couldnt post a few times. But that's the record so it is what it is.

la angels -1.5 +288 (1 unit)
la angels 1st 5 +183 (1 unit)
guerrero over konerko total bases -115 (2 units)

series bet la angels +175 (5 units)

Everyone betting on iffy white sox hitting. SO they hit Boston, who doesn't? Look for a quality start from an underated Byrd and Vlad to take the team on his back. Angels have better lineup, better pitching (esp the pen) and better experience. Look for a short series with white sox winning 1 game.

you must be joking right, besides lackey, angels don't have a pitcher on the staff that would crack the whitesox starting lineup, not one.

pen is good, but no sure that much better if go one to one.

washburn if healthy, he isn't , and colon we let go, and he is done.

this series is done in five, maybe six.

Contrerras 0-2 6.75 era lifetime vs Angels. At +187 I'll take my chances, but that is why they play the games.

Who is the closer for the white sox this week? And you don't think the pens are much different? I'll take Shields, Escobar, Donnelly and K-rod, thanks.

Nice start to the series. Forgot to post my +1.5 bet, but posted 2-1-1 +4.59 for the day and a good start to the 5 unit series bet.

Nice hit tonight buddy. The odds are now in your favor, you can get off the Angels play a little if you would like to and ensure yourself profit. Or if you are that confident, you can keep it and you have a very live pup up 1-0. Either way, you are sitting in the driver's seat. Congrats on the wins tonight! Any thoughts on tomorrow's games?
