Who would that hurt more in the early innings, Clemens or Smoltz? And how do the long relievers compare between the two teams?

If its before the game start I would have to say its for the home team, also early on for ATL, however if its 6inning+, it would have to go with houston because of there BP, just cap the game as if it doesnt rain though
