Paypal has a new service. Get this. You could send money to anyone that has an email address. YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO FUND THE TRANSACTION and THERE'S NO SENDER'S FEE FOR DOING IT!

The only fee is 2.3 and 30Cents for every $100.00 for the receiver.

How beautiful is this???

And it won't count as a cash advance against your credit card.

Dude, this service is nothing new for payjoke. It was the first service they offered. Any volume moved this way >$1000 or so results in a frozen paypal account in a matter of minutes and then months or years of bullshit to get your account unfrozen and your money back.

Plus the fact you are missing one key point.......What Offshore is going to have their funds received on an e-mail address.....good luck!!!

Has anyone read the federal guidelines to what e-mail constitutes in the legal world. Might want to check into that. That is about all that would be needed to bring prosecution. Now if a small local wants to start taking money this way, if they have a small operation....Well then possibly it could look like a small business as far as the transactions, but a multi-client offshore.......Well lets just call it red flag suicide!!

No problem Dante. I used to use Paypal in the past, but e-mail adresses now a days are almost as close as Social Security numbers. Even here at the RX, you know when you have a basher come on with the same IP address, trying to conive the forum.....

Let me also add some of my thoughts on the topic of "transactions" I always use the "Travel Agent" or Travel Association is the reason I send or recieve money. I am shocked someone has not developed the Travel Bureau as the Business Entity of some of these transactions. It is so easy to register ones self as a travel agent, and get a license number. Well I think you see my logic.......I am not sitting on a huge pile of cash, but someday I would love to think about a business venture with some RX friends on this or other endeavors Talk later

Here's what I don't understand then....

How does Western Union get around this?? Someone still has to show ID to pick it up the money. It's not like you're sending money to the sports books themselves.

Bought a Roman coin for $60 yesterday by Paypal and that is how the transaction went. Still not convinced it would work as smoothly for sportsbook transactions.

Paypal is very much against online gaming though. I made a deposit by Paypal to Intertops afew yrs back, although the transaction went well, afew days later I received an email from Paypal that says I have violated their policy and blah blah... a 2nd offense will result is account closure.

Since when paypal is taking gambling transactions agains? One thing is that they have international services back up but I don't think that they are allowing gambling sites.
