In my mind there is little question that one must be as diligent now as they ever have been in dealing offshore. If one thinks that a banner flying at any site or an endorement from any third party is enough to deposit their funds, they are sadly mistaken. One needs to constantly do their own homework to make sure they are comfortable in sending their funds. It is obvious that the sites in many cases have either clouded judgement based on business interests or no clout in many cases in dealing with books or both. One just has to look at the numerous examples in the last few months to know that this is still the wild wild west. That is not to say that there have not been legitimate efforts made in certain cases to assist players or that sites are not valuable resources in making decisions(I love these sites) but don't get lulled into a false sense of security, the waters are still murky. IMO
