It seems that Mansion is primarily an exchange that happens to have a sportsbook, and that WSEX is primarily a sportsbook that happens to have an exchange. Is that an accurate statement? I just visited Mansion for the first time, and it looks sweet. Another question is why would anyone play in the sportsbook at Mansion? Can't you get a better line every time from the exchange? On WSEX, do they only offer exchange betting for futures and live betting, or do they do it for every game like Mansion does? I have noticed future lines at WSEX sportsbook, but wondered why they even hang those lines, because for every one, you get a better line on their own exchange. Thanks in advance.

Illinois, WSEX has what is called "markets". I can by 50 NYG contracts at $5 to win the NFC. I can sell those contracts at any time. So if the Giants make the playoffs, I can sell at a profit.

WSEX interactives are for the national TV games or regional games that has a large audience. They also have golf interactives that are a lot of fun.

illini, you are right in relation to the sportsbook having worse odds than exchange 95% of the time....

the reason for this is becauz MANSION is seeding the exchange (obvioulsy) perhaps in the future when they have many more clients they will no longer want to seed the exchange as the bettors in theory should be able to make their own market.... this is why I imagine they want the sportsbook also....

currently MANSION SPORTSBOOK has great odds on NFL teasers, check em out
