The probably won't run the table with that QB. @Michigan next week - can't wait to see the line. Great spot to play the Wolverines. If they can get past them though, schedule isn't too daunting.

So true TT, I dont know what to say.

Most of us had the guy completely written off coming into the season.

I think they might run the table. I bet on Minny last week, and became a born again believer in this team. I bet on them tonight, and it went exactly as expected, after watching them dominate last week. I certainly think they are legitimate title contenders, and may be the one team that can stop USC. Time will tell, but I do believe. Amen.

I hope everybody jumps on their bandwagon. They really aren't anything special. No doubt will be some value in fading them until their bubble bursts.

I find myself agreeing with you most of the time, from what I remember. But not here. I thought this team was nothing special, 3rd or 4th in the Big Ten before last Saturday. You can never tell what is going to happen, but I say you've got big balls to bet on a mediocre Michigan team with a smiling, pu$$y QB. Home or not. PSU wins this one.

I was right on the NW and Minny games and was right to lay off this one as I thought it would be a game that could go either way. The INT return was really the difference in the game tonight. Knew Troy Smith would struggle to complete any passes downfield. It's all about the matchups. PSU defense is good, but their offense is pretty weak. Game at Michigan next week sets up perfectly to fade PSU. They have yet to play a road game this season and I think there is a good chance that they get beaten soundly. I'll be on it no matter the line. :toast:

Actually, now that I think about it, I might lay off and just watch the game. Illinois sucks, and I'm just waiting for basketball to be a fan, so maybe I'll just pull for Penn St from afar, and root for them without money on the game. Michigan is an impossible team to figure out. Maybe they bring their best like they did against Mich St and win the game at home. That's certainly possible. I know the whole world will be on PSU after today's two games. Line will probably have value on Michigan. But go Penn St!

Illini were right in that game today until the QB fumbled in Indiana territory in the 4th quarter. Took the air out of the team and the flood gates opened.

That TD getting called back killed their momentum, and the fumble as well. What did you think of the TD getting called back? Didn't look indisputable to me, not from that angle.
