I find myself agreeing with you most of the time, from what I remember. But not here. I thought this team was nothing special, 3rd or 4th in the Big Ten before last Saturday. You can never tell what is going to happen, but I say you've got big balls to bet on a mediocre Michigan team with a smiling, pu$$y QB. Home or not. PSU wins this one.Poker King Jim said:I hope everybody jumps on their bandwagon. They really aren't anything special. No doubt will be some value in fading them until their bubble bursts.
One of us will win then. :toast:Poker King Jim said:I was right on the NW and Minny games and was right to lay off this one as I thought it would be a game that could go either way. The INT return was really the difference in the game tonight. Knew Troy Smith would struggle to complete any passes downfield. It's all about the matchups. PSU defense is good, but their offense is pretty weak. Game at Michigan next week sets up perfectly to fade PSU. They have yet to play a road game this season and I think there is a good chance that they get beaten soundly. I'll be on it no matter the line. :toast:
That TD getting called back killed their momentum, and the fumble as well. What did you think of the TD getting called back? Didn't look indisputable to me, not from that angle.Poker King Jim said:Illini were right in that game today until the QB fumbled in Indiana territory in the 4th quarter. Took the air out of the team and the flood gates opened.
