Well, they scored! But you're right. Tedford should have let them score. And UCLA should have been smart enough to fall down inside the 5 had Cal tried to let them score.

That last UCLA TD probably cost somebody a nice middle.

i said this after Jim Tressell did what he did versus Texass and then the next week Greg Robinson did this against UVA

i used to get upset about it but i just realize coaches JUST DON'T GET IT and NEVER will

EVERYONE BUT THEM is smart enough to know what to do - but yet these coaches NEVER do the right thing

I was under the impression that players are coached NOT to score - as stated in the earlier post - when a situation like that arises.

So either way, one of the coaches ends up looking a) dumb and b) like they don't get it.
