went G1 and am going tonite, too

in G1 - Colon pitched really well - he just couldn't get the 3rd out in the first 2 innings. in T1 got the first 2 out then 3 singles loaded the bases and Cano cleared them. Colon had a few 2 strike situations and just couldn't slam the door shut. same for T2 but after that - The Evil Empire did NOTHING

in this one - Mussina is actually more rested since Colon went with the L.A. Angels of Dallas Texas to NYC and then flew home Saturday while Mussina didn't. When The Evil Empire flew back home - Mussina STAYED in CA and has been here ever since

I have the L.A. Angels of Montreal Quebec winning the series and a nice +25 ticket in my pocket so i could hedge here and STILL make a few bucks

NOT gonna do it for based on everything i have seen so far in this series - after the game The Evil Empire will get on a plane headed back to the hellhole known as NYC while the L.A. Angels of Havana Cuba will get on one to another hellhole - Chicago

Keep in mind Rivera went threw 2 innings sunday so how much he can pitch today - if at all - is up for debate and Tom Gordon doesn't scare the L.A. Angels of Portland Oregon and thus put me on Colon -115 to show why he is the 2005 AL Cy Young

At the end of this game we will be chanting the same thing we did in G4 of the 2002 ALDS (and it was GREAT to be able to do this)

GO HOME YANKEES!
GO HOME YANKEES!
GO HOME YANKEES!

Colon has looked shaky in a few of his most recent outings. Add to that is he is a one pitch hurler, throws heat. Thats great when you are facing average lineups but the Yankees are a terrible matchup with all their power hitters. This is evident by his struggles with the Yankees in his two starts against them this year. In those two outings he was bombed for 7 homeruns for 15 runs (10 earned) in 10 2/3 innings.

Yankees will get to Colon again today and go on to win the WS against the new age Braves (aka. Cardinals).

Colon's gonna unleash the funk...he's got an axe to grind with them yanks gettin to him. This game defines his career. Moose will not have such an edge.
