Great book if you are a loser, if your bet size is low

if you are sharp player like me you have to the telephone to place wagers, they will transfer you to 3 different cs agents and taks 15 minutes on the ****ing telephone to a place wager for under a nickle, they will also take their time changing the ****ing line, and give you shit...

please stay the **** away from these idiots.

their line stinks, their software is junk, they cs agents stink...

Send your money to reduced juice shops like hollywood, pinnacle, cascade,....

Nonsense. It was nonsense at SBR and it's nonsense here..

I've had nothing but excellent and helpful service, and whilst my limits were cut online I can get a bet on in 30-45 seconds by phone..

Also they're the only one of the books you listed with land based shops and any kind of answerability (IBAS).

This statement is not exactly true, they have no land based shops LOL , they used to have them but no longer do.....
Overall they are a good book, pay like clock work, but limits can leave a lot to be desired.

I agree their customer service is horrid. They have this poker promotion where you get like 10.00 for every 50 hands.. Not a lot of money.. So I play a bunch of hands no bonus.. I call and the dude is like You have to email us then we credit it.. So I email them no response..

If They take forever with little shit I can only imagine what the withdraw process is like.

6. bestbetsports ?? (they were the first sponser ever of the mascot race)

There are about five others that i know but can't remember ?

Yes, I wasn't saying they don't go bankrupt.. just that more checks are done when issuing a betting license than the zero when anyone can open up a shop online..

No I'm not in the industry personally, I do have past (family) experience of it -- My grandfather and then father ran an on-course shop for a few years.

FTR their withdrawl process is - go to neteller site, input merchant code and amount, and it's usually there in the morning.
