why does that not count as a SB but an intentional walk counts as a walk?

i guess, but it's not the runners fault the team decided not to throw him out...i can't think of any other situation where the player wouldn't get credit for something like that...

I would have to agree its more earned if you are intentionally walked you have somewhat earned it (not every time but most)

No RBI on a DP for obvious reasons (not exactly a productive AB)

Fielders indifference pretty obvious too.
