Washburn may be a scratch tonite for Angels

Dan Patrick just reported on Sportscenter that Jared Washburn may not start tonight for the Angels. He is still bothered by a case of strep throat. I want to empahise the words "may not start" nothing is official..

i'm sorry to see Sonny Corleone retired. it was my favorite mod avatar, i was somewhat in awe of you. The fatso old Marlo Brandon Vito lacks the strength & timber of Sonny. Perhaps the DeNiro version of Vito would be considered? Now that was a paisano!

Sportscenter quoted sciosca ( 45 min before gametime) as saying: he's not feeling that good but he's starting. line has gone up 10-15 points in last hour. if youre betting sox, take "action" on angels pitcher so you still have bet if washburn scratched.

Heard it here first....Washburn and Angels are kayfabeing to the maximum.

He's fine and will toss 90+ pitches.....

FWIW, we're on Sox RL...but think the whole Washburn's Sick is a pregame scam to try and swerve the Sox.....

Sonny was too emotional. Its nothing personal its strictly business. If Sonny used EZ Pass he would still be alive today.

What leads you to believe this is a scam? I think its legit. Don't expect more then 5 innings.
