Yes, it is none other then jeff the drunk. He is one of the funniest people i have ever seen. I hired him a few months ago (thru his website) to call my mother for her 60th birthday and did his schtick for 10 minutes of ranking on her..She didn't know what the hell was going on...Classic

Yeah, the guy has me rolling everytime I see him on the show. "Youre a bitch!!! "Sllluuutt!!" "Ya whoore!" and my fav is probably the "shk shk" or whatever sound he makes when he likes something.
