Need Help with Money Line vs Run Line - Basic Question

Got a question for you guys - not a big baseball person but like St Louis over Houston.

Question: why take the moneyline -140 ish when you can take the run line -1 at +107. I guess its just its just the difference between a push vs win if the score is 4-3......correct?

It's a little protection from high juice on a loss. If it pushes (and they sometimes do) that's that and move on to the next game.

I live on that -1 run line.
