Why does everyone say that Neteller has no competition?

I just deposited $300 bucks instantly through Firepay for less than 4 Bucks. This would have cost me a small fortune with Neteller. Has anyone else had any experience with Firepay?

As far as market saturation, I don't think that anyone can touch Neteller-but they are definitely not the only player in the market, and God knows they sure as hell aren't the cheapest.

Firepay isn't Neteller but for the most part 'works'....but still an option....there are good alternatives...E Check is another good one...

Neteller should thank their lucky stars that EBAY bought Paypal and the gov't got involved. Paypal was the best when it came to doing transfers.

Very true Blue. Winning this game is hard enough, and you are NUTS if you are adding an 8.9% fee on top of the vig before you even make a bet.

Good way to go broke.

You got a mover for me right now (tomorrows CFB)? Even a few candidates? I've got some Col, Tulsa, Kent, Houston, and Oklahoma right now.

Nothing that I feel will be significant, sorry.

Will keep you in mind though.

I've used neteller for years and have never paid a dime in fees. Don't understand the need for people to get money in/out of their account immediately at 9% when they can wait 3 days for the transfer for free.

Actually, 24-36 hours in most cases.

Only use EFT's as wel, so no fees there. But you guys are overlooking the fee's the books pass on since neteller gauges them. Even many of the tops shops like Pinny, Greek only offer one free per so many days. With paypal it was free to cash out almost anywhere since the books could easily absord the lower fees.

I use Pinnacle's account-to-account transfer to transfer money to and from a lot of books. It's instant and the books like it because there's no fees for them.

I use Firepay from time to time with no problems whatsoever. Customer service has been great when i've needed to call, and the $3.99 flat fee is great when you dont feel like waiting 3-5 days for a free Neteller transaction. The only reason i use Neteller more than Firepay is the debit card option. Cant beat the debit card.

Neteller's debit card sucks for Canadians. On top of all the other service charges they charge a 1.9% currency conversion fee.
