Firepay Sucks...

My firepay account got messed up and it was my fault(bounced echeck or whatever) but the problem I have is they dont even have a phone number to talk to them and I want to get my account all straightened out...but I have to wait on these damn emails..anyone know anything I could

They do suck and their fees are absurd.

3.99 for a 50.00 deposit.

and if you deposit again later on that same day they charge you another 3.99.

TOTAL RIP OFF.

It just makes me mad sitting here checking my email, which I want to fix the account but they have no phone number I just dont understand that???

I called that number and when I got to firepay's extension, they said due to having great email service and quick response we do not offer phone CS, thank you.


thats BS, every company should have phone service

Tried them, didnt work...thanks though


Maybe they are closed on the weekends but...they say 24 hours?

Neteller has way cheaper rates for sure. Firepay is way behind them.
