Anyway, I just cannot understand why DSI does not have the common sense to have many clerks on hand on a Friday.(the day before football) I just finally talked to someone who knew very little about the business and when I asked to speak to someone in charge she said she was alone.
Fish how did you get a 20% Bonus Play reup? I have deposited $2000 three different times and never received a payout and she only offered me a 20% MP. What gives? Should I tell them you sent me in? Should I just ask for Mickey at Cris and request the Fishead from the rx bonus? Thanks!

I believe the 20% matchplay has only a 3x rollover..........but you can request a 30% matchplay with a 5x rollover.
No, you do not have to mention anything about me, as I am sure they have never heard of a Fishhead.
