When and/or where does TTech coach Mike Leach get a promotion?

If he wants to move to another program, he seems worthy to move up the ladder within NCAA or go to NFL.

Any ideas of programs that would be happy to see this offense?

Nebraska should hire him. His offense would be what they were looking for when they hired that moron Callahan. He already knows the conference. And at Nebraska he would actually be able to recruit some people to play defense.
