i posted it here before the series started, before that weekend, that no team in the history of baseball has been up 15 games in july and not won the pennant.

to bad you missed that post, cause i won some series cash.


and a note to everyone,

and call it what ever you want, but if you don't take the sox in the series you have to be biggest fool in betting history.

lived less than 70 miles from comiskey

was at the game when balt broke the 21 loss streak, among other bs games

been to about 100 games


just moved to sticks and might be driving those 800 miles to see a world series, but i would lose for sure if i go, so i might just stay home:drink:

We put in a small investment on SOX World Series at beginning of playoffs and got +900.

Should be a jammer versus Houston, provided Cards don't sweep their way back in.

i can't hedge it, i don't like that theory, but yea it is free money if that is the only team you took to start with.

had the sox at 10-1 for the pennant and 20-1 for the series to start the season.

already lost atl, sd, and flo...still have st louis but that isn't looking so good.

so right now i am up about 10 units, with no way of losing cash,

Great job beatingvegas. I also had the Sox going to the series, vs. houston, no less, for the past 2-3 months. When i joined this forum i posted my selections as soon as i could. Oh, and i also bet it too. I only had enough to place on houston though, keeping in mind that they were a dog to begin their series vs stl. And i'll be winning off of my friend, which is twice as good

Will there be a single run scored the entire game? Both teams with good pitching. Both teams hitting is just o.k. Well they should all be close if this is what the World Series ends up being.
