Should Gm 4 Umpire Cuzzi Be Removed From Rest Of Cards/stros Series?

After Reading Articles From Stl And Houston Newspapers, I Am Shocked This Guy Was Chosen To Umpire In The Postseason. He Was Kicked Out Of Baseball Over 15 Years Ago After Being A Lifer Minor League Umpire And Got A Second Chance After Begging Nl Pres. Leonard Coleman In 93. He Has A History Of Being Short Fused And Tossing People In Big Games As Well As Being Rated A Poor Umpire. Cards Did Not Do Enough To Win Yesterday But This Guy Cuzzi Was Wrong. His Strike Zone Was Moving All Day But Thing That Gets My Goat Is Edmonds Is Claiming Before He Got Tossed He Was Only Questioning Call In Proper Way When Cuzzi Told Him To Fuck Off And Then Tossed Him. Cuzzi Has No Comment. I Believe Having This Guy Umpiring Another Game This Postseason Would Be Ridiculous. Selig Needs To Step Up And Yank This Guy And Put The Alternate In As This Guy Does Not Deserve To Ump Another Game In The Playoffs.

Didn't have a chance to see the game pitch by pitch but I do know that you have to go extra overboard in a playoff game beofre getting tossed and I highly doubt edmonds did that. You turn your back in that situation and make it very difficult for him to show you up.

Probably more than half of the umpires should be tossed. As a group, they tend to be a sorry bunch of egotistical losers. Not that they're perfect, but I respect the NFL and NBA refs a whole lot more.

I didn't see much of yesterday's game though.

Edmonds Told Press After The Game And Being Reported In Newspapers In Both Stl And Houston That After He Was Brushed Back And Pitch Called Strike, He Turned To Ask Cuzzi If It Was Called Or Swinging Strike. Cuzzi Told Him To Fuck Off And Tossed Him With His Reason Being That You Can't Question Balls And Strikes. Unbelievable.

NOT 100% accurate. just before edmonds got tossed you can CLEARLY see him mouth something to "Scummy" and one word DEFINITELY rhymed with "Duck". i don't know what happened BEFORE that but Edmonds CLEARLY mouthed something to him
