I've seen this before, but for the life of me can't remember what caused it.
Does it ALWAYS load the same about of the photo? Like 1/2 or 1/3 and then leave the rest white? (That's what I had)
I'm pretty sure something in IE is corrupt, but do the following first:
1) Clear all temp internet files (tools\internet options, hit the delete files button & then check the box).
2) Go to www.trend.com and run a full system scan
3) Optional, but can't hurt----Download, install, update and run AdAware...remove everything that it detects.
4) Reboot & see if you still have a problem
