Any of you punters who played the game earlier in the week before the time change better beware that the casinos will cancel your bets. Early scalpers and middlers pay attention and resubmit your bets!!

So this only applies to scalpers and middlers? As long as you bet one side your wager isn't cancelled?*

* this is sarcasm.

Great reminder and a thread that should be bumped up as much as possible.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, a wager as to go on the DATE SPECIFIED for the bet to be valid...............at least this will be the case at the high majority of shops.

Obviously much more risk involved to the middler/scalper.

Actually so long as all books follow the same rule and cancel (don't they?) ,then there is ZERO risk involved to the middler/scalper because all wagers will be cancelled. Or maybe I'm just being dense again and missing the boat...

I certainly would not trust some of the third tier books as to their ruling and also a number of bettors like myself are allowed to play early in the week against their locals who could care less when the game is played.<!-- / message -->

Thanks. Well I guess the best advice to all is get get specific confirmation (written) indicating whether or not wager will be cancelled.

He is saying if you look and see a sweet number on the game at its updated posted time assuming your other bet is still alive.

I didn't take the lead, but I HAVE done this in the past. Mostly in bases on a RL/Alt RL bet where your original bet is canceleled because of a pitching change, but with so much going on you forget it, see the nice odds and bet the ML the other way with the pitching update.

People do it, and if you are tired or not paying attention, it isn't hard to do.

Will super teasers with the game be cancelled altogether? I have a losing side with that game, but it should be null now, yes?
