i would imagine when you sign up there is a place to put a promo code....though i dont know for sure as I have been a member of Hollywood for some time....they sent me an email about it so I asked if I could get it and they said no it is for new accounts only.....

If you cashout you can't get another bonus unless you redeposit the entire amount you last cashed out and roll it over.
