No way the best QB of all time.

He is the supreme choker in the post season, right behind Marino.

Well he won't be getting 2 rings.

But if he did, I still would not say the best QB of all time.

he is already going to the HOF. Have you ever seen someone run an offense like him?

I find it strange that there are so many Peyton dejectors - he is good guy as a person and does a lot for his community in Indy, N.O, and still does charitble events and appearances in Knoxville.
As a player he forces everyone around him to be a better player - on both sides of the ball. His preparation is un parralleled, which makes him a role model to younger player who want to do everything they can to get better and win.

I feel he is on his way to being the best ever - one of the best play action passers ever and probably the best defense reader. Some of his best plays are check offs to a run.

He makes mistakes, like Favre, by trying to do too much at times, but that is a trait of all greats

And finally

Peyton doesn't play defense - he is only one man

i dont think he will be considered the best ever. I mean the guy is a cry-baby...when things dont go his way...he starts flapping his arms...pouting...rolls his eyes etc..etc...

if your WR drops a pass...he drops it...no reason to cry over it - he`s been this way since his days at Tennessee

will he win 2 rings? ahhh...hard to say...but I`ll go with no. The AFC is very very tough...and despite Indy having that great defense...they still have to prove the 2nd part of the season (the playoffs)....too many good teams to face to really say that Indy defense is that good...

I wont go back that far (like 1960s...70s) cuz the way football was played is different...I like to keep it modern...so in that case

  1. Joe Montana - Dont really need to explain why
  2. Jim Kelly - He may have never won the Super Bowl...but to lead them to 4? Thats a big accomplishment
  3. John Elway - It took him a while before he won his first Super Bowl, but damn his arm was a rocket. Elway is definetly the man for your 2 minute needs. I think he had a good attitude for the game

not much debate about montana and elway ..

I would say he is more of a perfectionist than a cry baby. Yesterday he was pissed off in the first half because Houston caught up to them going into halftime... He was pissed at himself since it was all on him for the two turnovers.

Second half he came out and kicked ass. Even after they secured the game he was on the sidelines looking at the previous plays. This guys fired up and he wants it this year.

I like the Colts to win this year. They're an all around great team and only a couple teams can give them a run for the money.
