Monster Teasers and Totals

I just realized you can use Totals at 5Dimes with their monster teasers. If you can have 20 points to play with, could you not hit totals with ease? especially the totals that are very low and very high!

I have been on fire with nfl teasers this season, 18-4, with 4 pending on the falcons on monday (all have atlanta +6, with 1 ML)! I have just been playing the 13 pt teasers at pinny. I will be opening up at 5dimes, and take advantage of their monster teasers and totals soon!

anybody playing these with the totals?

Today, you had Redskins/Niners go over by 32 points...Seahawks/Cowboys went under by 21.....

I think 13 point teasers in the NFL are the way to go. The problem with the bigger teasers is you have to pick 10 correct and you are still laing 250. To me that's not worth it. If you have discipline Heritage offers open teasers. If you are patient and can wait 2 weeks I feel 13 point teasers can be very profitable.

what did you mean by "if you are patient and can wait 2 weeks..."

I do agree...13pt teasers in the nfl have been my honey-hole!

What I mean by being patient is not "forcing" anything. I think you just have to be very disciplined and wait for games that really look good. (I know that's an easy thing to say). I like to take a 13-15 point home favorite. I am looking at Virginis Tech -13.5 this Thursday. I personally like to take good home teams that just need to win rather than average road teams hoping to keep it close. A good example of this was Texas and ND this past Saturday. I usually can find one or two college games that I like in a 13 point teaser but seems whenever I try to "force" all 4 college games in a teaser I dump one of them. This past Saturday that happened when I took Michigan St. I really feel NFL is the way to go. Just my experience. Good Luck. You will love Heritage.

I agree all the way with you...my college teasers are slightly over 50%, i struggle especially when i try to pick all college games...this past weekend i mixed it up, i put utep who was favored by -13.5, and i stuck them in 3 different 13pt nfl teasers of mine...along with atlanta in every one of them, so now i just had to find 2 sunday nfl games to stick in, and possibly hedge atlanta on monday...(probably wont need to)

i do think by picking your spots around key numbers in the nfl, you can win with teasers at a high rate! (14-4 in nfl teasers and ML parlays)
