All good sportsbook should have LiveChat support

I dont know about you guys. But I think every good sportsbook should provide fast and good Livechat operator support. Just to name afew books with excellent LiveHelp support.

5dimes, hollywood, skybook and WWTS.

CRIS livehelp is really slow.
Canbet livehelp is fast.. but operator seems to have little knowledge of whats
going on.

Since Pinny does not have phone support, it would be nice to provide Livehelp. But it doesnt matter for pinny as their email support is 1st class :103631605

I agree 100%, livechat is a great feature and usually is just as efficient as making a call to customer service. Have never had a problem getting what I need to get down though livechat. Saves me a phone call.

The LIVE CHAT feature is just that........a great feature at the books that have it!

I agree 100% I love Live chat much better then emails or the dreaded phone
