What I find amusing or stupid depending on one's point of view is this about credit card companies. While they won't approve their cards for gambling, they will send you "convience checks" that you can use for any purpose. Some are interest free or very low rates for a given period. You can simply deposit them into your checking account and send it to Neteller. No they don't approve of gambling, but they will sell you an insurance policy in case of death or disability and your card could not be paid. Uhhh, last I heard that was gambling.
