Vick's a 2nd tier QB at best. He can't make clutch plays with his arm; God knows why his OC let him throw so much on that drive in early 4th Q, which led to the turnover. This is a mediocre team that uses cutblocking schemes (ala Denver's ex-line coach) to run so well. Imagine where this team would go with a Favre, or even Bledsoe under center.
Vick is an outstanding QB for the Atlanta Falcons, but would likely have trouble with many other teams.
The very strong RB rushing attack of the Falcons reduces the need for him to be a consistent downfield passer.
His ability to run, combined with the RBs, gives Atlanta the chance to run the ball 40+ times a game, control the time of possession and set them up for a win in most every game they play.

Is Brady the most talented QB? Probably not, but he gets results. Same for Vick, 5-1 as a starter this year is just a continuation of past trends. The team was horrible when he was out with the broken leg, missed the playoffs but played well when he was back for a whiff of action at the end of the year. In his other two years they won playoff games convincingly. I can't believe people still take shots at the guy. The team wins with him, loses without him. Just like the Pats, they win with Brady and that is all that matters.
