Texas would get hit hard by sharps. Poor line.

USC -3, -3.5, or -4 is as high as it should get realistically. The only reason to set it to -7 is because the public loves USC but the sharps would make you pay for laying a TD spread on a neutral field.

I'm hitting almost 70% in college football.

Texas +7 = sharp
USC -7 = square (homer in this case...)

It would be a close game but Texas could score whenever they felt like it... USC could too... No way USC would be able to mash up front with the Longhorn offensive line hogs.

Long way to go yet before this game will be on the schedule but I would put the line at - 4. One has to remember as has already been mentioned that this game is the Rose Bowl and it's kinda a home game for USC this year.

if va tech and texas win out....va tech will certainly jump texas...i think we are assuming too fast...or could jump usc

also...texas has 1 more tough game ahead of them...November 25th at Texas A&M...which I think they could easily lose that game. I`ll definetly be on the money line for that game...

Va tech also has major bumps in the road with BC - Miami - and Florida St(assuming they beat miami and go to the ACC champ game) in the horizon

I hope all 5 of these teams stay unbeaten as I want the BCS to have egg on their face once again. I am not counting UCLA as they will have to beat USC and I doubt that happens.

You would think that by looking at the schedule Va Tech would close the gap. I personally don't feel texas is any better then Va Tech. Texas is beating up on a very Weak conference this year and even the Ohio St game isn't all that impressive when you look at Ohio St this year.

What if an undefeated Alabama faces an undefeated Georgia team in the SEC championship?

How does the winner of that game feel if they cannot qualify for a national championship title?

With USC having 3 top 25 teams still on their schedule, there is no doubt that USC will return to the top of the polls. They have Cal, Fresno State and UCLA on schedule.

You are so correct Fish but I hope it happens as the BCS has simply ruined all the Bowl games ! We need to get rid of this ridiculous system to decide a Championship in College football.

Would agree, the time has been well overdue.

UMMM..what did the line against Oklahoma last year open and close at?

They couldn't have made the line big enough.

Without a QB Ga won't stay undefeated long.
