I opened an account with them a couple of weeks ago on the heels of their news regarding the racebook. I have yet to fund the account and it has been just sitting there since. Today I get a call about some "great opportunities" on the "VIP Line". Is this common for books to do? I've opened up a couple of accounts at places in the event I'd want to fund, haven't sent a penny and never received any calls.

They Basically Wanted To Know When I Was Going To Send Them Some Money. I Really Didn"t Want To Hear Their Pitch Since I Already Had The Info I Wanted Before Sending Them Money. Although The Fella Was Very Nice And I Have Been Told Cris Is A Top Notch Outfit. The Last Thing I Want Is A Sportsbook Calling Me On The Phone. There Was No Better Offer Than The One I Already Had Before Sending The Dough. It Almost Was Like A HIgh Pressure Call. If I Did Not Need Them For Full Track Odds On Exotics I Probably Would Have Hung Up On The Guy And Put My Money Somewhere Else. I Know How Respected This Book Is And I Hope I Like Dealing With Them
