MLB should not make this decision now. All year it was the team's decision and it should not be changed now in Game 3 of the World Series. Next season they can set some weather parameters and that would be fair but again next season.

Astros are one of the best Home teams and the hottest Pitcher in Baseball is on the hill. They are playing with confidence and only post season home loss was the freak 2 out rally by the Cards which was answered by Houston closing the door next out on the Road. If you can read lips Berkman at the end of Game 2 walking off field after the game winner in the bottom of the 9th said to one of his teammates "Don't worry we go home now" and with their confidence and knowing they played well enough for this series to be 1-1, I really feel the next 3 games, this series will turnaround and go back to Chicago with the Sox trailing 3-2.
However, I don't lay big numbers like -180 ever
so my bet is:
Game 3 Astros -1.5 +130
