I think trytrytry mentioned he got this e-mail from tradesports, I got it too and they are launching (today) a new pool US Horse racing product with strong liquidity - see $100k available to bet per race with a 5% take out.
I'm not a US Horse race bettor by any means but this has got be huge news - 5% take out is better than any rebates anywhere. It is a no brainer for any horse race bettor IMO - you've got to have this account for the ponies.
At the moment it's just win pools but they say other pools to follow.
