I will be watching Canada's game tonight.

Nice buzz on having Houston 5-inning line last night. There is a lovely parting gift for the Astros after tonight.

Im a cub fan and could care less. I think had the Cubs won it first the Sox fans would of been crushed even more. They hate the Cubs more than the Cubs fans hate the Sox out of jealousy. Maybe its a good thing they win now they can lose their inferiority complex

Cubs' manager Dusty Baker isn't showing much hometown-love and that's got White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen upset.
Before the postseason began, Baker was asked by ESPN The Magazine who he would be rooting for in the playoffs.

"I got no one to root for," Baker said. "I sure as heck ain't rooting for the White Sox or Cardinals. But maybe Atlanta since they've won all those divisions but only one championship. The Angels just won it against me, so forget them. Anyway, fishing season starts in November. That's my time."

Guillen, who usually heaps praise on crosstown peer, was perplexed by the comments.

"Dusty, I don't like what he said," Guillen told the Chicago Sun-Times. "I thought we were friends."

"That's OK, we'll see [which team] owns the town now," Guillen told the paper.

That's all you can expect from that whole loser scumbag organization....Just like their fans, SORE WHINING LOSERS!

Sad day for sure. Im hoping there is a theme going on though. In 2004, Red Sox end 86 year title drought. In 2005, White Sox end 88 year drought. So for 2006, do we have the Cubs ending their 98 year title drought? I hope so. CUBS IN '06!!!

Ozzie is smart. He doesn't want Dusty to get run out of town, because the Cubs might hire a competent manager.

Shouldn't Cubs fans be used to lifelong misery by now?

(even though this would take the cake!!!)
