reason i ask is , I live in cocoa beach florida. a neat little resort town.
i have a condo on the beach .
right next door to me is the cape carib resort. awesome place. huge pool with giant waterslide . a lazy river. good food. a movie theatre . big arcade.
rooms are reasonable.
we live 45 minutes from disney world .
if any single dads wanted to come down during the summer with their kids and hit the parks i could set up something at the resort.
blizzard beach is a blast. 30 bucks to get in and you pack your food and drinks. set up a little spot under a tree and ride about 10 water rides.
been there 6 times. kids love it.

Have a daughter, 19, in college and a son, 16, a junior in high school. I live in Florida, they live in Iowa. I moved to Florida in December and they have both been here and will be here again during their Christmas break. Best advice for single dads (I've been divorced for over eight years) is stay close to your kids. And by close, I mean close to their lives, and not just living close.

WNO are you near any Busch owned parks down there like Sea World? I have 4 passes for any of their parks that expire at the end of this year and I doubt I will make it to a place warm enough to use them by then. All the Busch Gardens parks near me are getting ready to close for the season
