Greenhead owns a horse named Captain Squire who went off at 3-1 in the first race of Breeder's Cup Day today and finished second paying 5.20 and 4.20. I'm sure he would have liked to win, but the purse money wasn't bad as the race was worth $250,000. Hope he doesn't mind me announcing it. The man knows his business. Good luck my friend in the Classic.

Nothing wrong with second.But the difference between first and second,was 100k.In a 250K race 1st gets 60%=150,000 2nd gets 20% which is 50,000. After flight,commisions vets,jocks the horse netted about 35K.
This horse Captain Squire is the horse that got me and my partner going. We made the largest bet of our lives in Dec.2002.Back then it was a lot easier to get down BIG.One day I'll tell you how much we beat Aces Gold out of.Yes we withdrew our money immediatly and got paid.If I would of waited for a rollover or something we never would of been paid because they closed shop 2 months later.Maybe thats why I preach not to take bonus',you never know when a shop will close.Better safe than sorry. Thanks for the rooting section, you guys are the best as many have said.I can just imagine being across the street and having some beantown or JJ character saying F-You Greenhead I lost all my money in Cascade,I want a refund.I'll be here forever hopefully I can make some of you guys money.GREENHEAD

Damn; sixth place in the Classic. One spot higher and you had $140k; at least he didn't get nosed out of it. Great job with Captain Squire.

hey winbet - I know you like the breeders cup so was wondering if you were on tradesports from your neck of the woods. Every winner bar one paid at least 10% and up to about 15% better than the track odds on their new US horse racing pools. Was a lot of fun.

Always love the breeders. Unfortunately things went according to the script and the europeans got wasted bar the turf which they've always owned.
