one thing that worries me about the heat is how payton and walker will fit in..

those 2 egomaniacs scare me..

something tells me payton doesnt make it thru the year.

Doesn't matter cause in this case the Spurs are the best team on paper. You are trusting Jason Williams and Gary Payton leading the offence which is scary. However that is the only bad thing I can say about them.

i agree with what rasheed said about miami . " why did they change anything "

I like their comment on the Raptors who they rank last

Spurs are no doubt the faves, but I think the Rockets will take another step in their direction this year. Swift was a nice signing and I love Alston at the point - Van Gundy will keep him in check. Sura, Barry, Howard, Mutombo also coming off the bench.

The Pistons have as good a chance as anybody. Good basketball players up and down their roster. Good teams beat great players all the time in this world of sports. Many teams are just awful, as indicated above.

Dont forget Derek Anderson. He is another key addition. :103631605

Pacers, Pistons, Cavs

Rockets, Wolves (must get their D back)

I bet most of us could name the Final Eight, though we might disagree at this time about Final Two....so a bit lacking in drama Nov-March....makes it easier to cap if you don't get too caught up in races.

OR, the Houston Rockets!

I have already bet $600 at 25 to 1 on the Rockets. DOes anyone see a better number than that anywhere?? I bet it 4 weeks ago, but if someone has 40-50 to 1 then let me know so I can make a deposit
