Will this ticket be voided?

I went on to WWTS this morning. While looking through the props for tonights game, I saw that they had "First score of the game" Steelers pass TD 30-1.

Here's where it gets strange...
I called them to report a possible bad line and the girl I spoke with checked with the lines guy and said "Yes, it is a good line". I put my wager in via the internet.

An hour and a half later they moved it down to 3-1, which sounds more like it.

Thoughts?

Certainly would not until one is sure that the original wager will stand.

I would suggest calling again and speaking to somebody in a higher up capacity than just a routine phone clerk.

Can't really hedge it as it is the first score of the game for BOTH teams.

you get the picture.

Plus, I only put in $50 to win $1500. I knew the line wasn't correct...didn't want to get greedy.

Still, they verified it and left it up there for over an hour...

I just called. I was told by Nigel that my wager would be voided...EVEN THOUGH they confirmed that the line was correct over the telephone at 12 noon.

I like WWTS...great software.

They are a little s l o w putting up the lines, and the 10% juice harsh, but they PAY.

I'm going balls out with my parlay, though. If it hits, I'm doubling up for 2 more wagers after that and then pulling some back.

It pays to be a nice guy....

I guess calling to confirm a line doesn't work ? Maybe second call was a bad idea ?

If I call and ask ahead of time if a line is good, and they say yes then there is no way I let them cancel that wager!
