Do they pay out fast? Any Neteller fees with payout? How is the customer service? Ect....

but I cannot comment on the payouts, as I have yet to have one....

I just opened an account there not too long ago. No major complaints so far. The SBR Rating is a C- for whatever that is worth. The 15% Bonus Play, 10% cash bonus plus a $100 Bonus Bet is pretty kind. However, I was annoyed because I was unable to get an answer from anyone there as to what the maximum bonus amount is as none is indicated on the website. It was like trying to pull teeth and alls I could get for a reply "15% FP, %10 Cash". I tried phrasing the question as if I deposit $100,000 are you gonna give me 15,000 FP and 10,000 Cash Bonus or is it gonna be capped off at a certain point but they didn't comprehend. Oh well. Also, when I emailed them to claim my bonus, I never received a reply or any action taken, so after waiting a day, I just went on live chat to get it and had no problem. The Free 1/2 pt on Fridays for Football is nice. And you can use it for on/off the 7 but not 3.
