I got turned down. I guess they don't want a degenerates business. I have lost my friggin balance there everytime i sent funds in and they don't want my business. What is this world coming to? Customer service person told me you needed to make 5 wagers in the last two weeks to be eligible for the promotion! Now how dumb is that??? I don't understand how some of these offshore places make these crazy policies. Does it matter whether or not i lost my money in the last two weeks or got totally destroyed in the last say 6 months.
Also, I just got off of live help with Skybook. Their bonus rollover requirements are pretty weird, to me, but possibly they are more commonplace than I know of.
I made an initial deposit with them a short time ago, and have almost completed the rollover requirements. However, because I have not totally completed the initial deposit bonus rollover requirement, if I make a deposit with this promotion my entire current balance gets added into the new deposit/Bonus Play number and that entire figure is subject to the 4x rollover. So basically I get zero credit for the portion of the rollover requirement I've already completed. Just doesn't make sense to me why you wouldn't make me complete my initial rollover, then start the new one up.
Is this the sort of thing you see often from books?
