There are rumors circulating that several betting syndicates literally "own " these two northeast tracks......Jockeys are on the take and when there is a super or trifecta race the favs will usually be stiffed to some extent....Several weeks ago there were some incredible finishes with the dead chalk horses never in the race with incredible longshots winning at Delaware....The judges are helpless and have no idea what to do. They have been instructed to monitor all IRS cashed tickets and will have the paper trails. But of course the betting syndicates wager off track and use phoney SS # 's and ID's to cash tickets...using dozens of names.....Keep your eyes open at these tracks and bet lightly if at all....Better off sticking to NY tracks.....higher security....
