Myfootballgame(MFG) had the following agreement with Betus.

"MFG will agree in writing to no longer speak negatively of BetUS.com,
any affiliated sportsbooks or any of its owners and/or employees."

So with that being the case MFG asked me to post some things for him. Seems there were three players that had responded to MFG when he had started looking into getting a lawsuit against Betus. MFG stated that one of the players he had recently been in touch with, Boston1, had publicly stated that he had been paid by Betus and his case was closed.
There were two others that MFG had previous e-mail correspondence with. He contacted both of them and one of the players said that his situation had been settled a few years ago, but another player( I will use "P" as his name) said he had never had his case solved. MFG encouraged "P" to contact Bill Dozer for starters. The player said he would try and contact Bill Dozer today. The player said he gave up on offshore forums and gambling after all this went down and has never returned to offshore gambling.

I wanted to give everyone a heads up on this. From the sounds of this it's another major FVCK job by Betus. The player had a balance of over 14k and they were giving him the run around on his action and making excuses not to pay and wanted him to rollover more and more with no reason. P wanted his money and continued to call for his money as he had already met his rollover. Then eventually they came back and said the Bonus Play you won helped you get to your current balance and you are not entitled to any of the money that the Bonus Play helped you win, with no explanation. Basically the same type of bs they fed MFG.
The Bonus Play was the Twins + 190. 2k to win $3,800. Then they told him after he became infuriated that you built up your balance with the help of the money you won on the Bonus Play, therefore they just confiscated his balance of $14,668. One day his balance was a confirmed $14,668, the next day it was 0. That is what I call stealing.

The player said it would be ok for this info. to be posted here, and that if he does post it he will most likely post at Sportsbook Review after he contacts Bill Dozer.

Strange, it should be easy to verify a rollover no?

I've had no problems with them and have beat them pretty good.:smoker2:

Apparently they were just lying and making things up. It was obvious he met his rollover. They were just screwing him since he won.

Slim, no idea, lack of a life I guess. Dante, my guess is good advertising. People see an add for a book with a good bonus, and then post up without doing their homework. A recipe for disaster

Call them and ask to speak to their newly hired spokesperson Jesse Ventura maybe he can get to the bottom of this.

Dante, this case was in 2002, the same time MFG and Boston1 had their problem with them. Maybe they are cleaning things up. We will have to see how this one pans out. This player is owed less than MFG and Boston1 were, so hopefully it works out for him.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: Third BetUs (SBR rating D-) player comes forward with five figure no-pay claim. In the past 6 months BetUs has paid out over $25,000 to two players who have waited years for their winnings. This player hopes for a similar resolution to his $14,668 complaint which dates back to the fall of 2002. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

<HR style="COLOR: #336699" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->As these cases sneak back into view we should find out if ownership was looking for a quick PR fix or really wants to make good. I'm looking forward to discussing this case with management and I'm optimistic that they will try to keep taking steps forward.

Thanks for posting Shack. Hopefully all will work out for the player. Mike Foreman of Betus was very instrumental in helping me get paid, I wish the player the best and hope that he will be paid in full.

My Omni no pay situation
<HR style="COLOR: #336699" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I signed up for an account with Omni on 08-27-02. I had $14,668 stolen from my account at Omni. The forementioned amount was a confirmed balance on 11-30-2002. Shortly after I had my balance confirmed, i started to get a good run around. I was told since i won a couple Bonus Plays i had won money with their money. Even though these bets were identical to bets i had been placing all along. I told Robert Eddy that i would have placed these bets with my own money anyways and he agreed i should be paid. But the owner said i shouldn't so they took the balance out of my account. A very small portion of what i won was through Bonus Plays. I recieved one payout of $5,000 but when i tried to get more, was when the runaround began. The owner never had the guts to get on the phone with me and had his yes man Robert Eddy do all his bidding. I saw on a forum about three years ago a poster named MFG was going to file a lawsuit against Omni so i contacted him and we corresponded through e-mails for about a year. After such a long time with nothing happening, i lost all hope that my money was gone. About a week ago MFG e-mailed that he recieved his money and told me to contact Bill Dozier. So here i am, with hopes that i could recieve my money as well.

What did I tell you, BetUs/OMNI is nothin but a criminal enterprise. They made MFG jump through numerous hoops, including sending these thieves more money before he got paid. Jesse Ventura should be embarrassed to be a paid shill for BetUs/OMNI.

I hope that with Mike Foreman there now that this will be worked out and that the player will be paid in full without conditions. This incident was three years ago, so let's hope they make and put closure to this ordeal like they did mine.
