Hey what'd everyone think about Jason Whitlock's article on Weis? I think the race card is tough to play, but I think he makes a lot of good points. I'm saying this as a ND hater, but a Charlie Weis lover, so I'm fairly objective.

Every article i've ever read from whitlock usually deals with race in some form or another. I don't read his crap anymore.

Yeah i didn't buy the race issue..but he makes a valid point arguing that Willingham started his career off 8-0, including several strong teams, while Charlie Weis has gone 5-2 against decent teams (the 5 wins come against teams with a combined losing record). I guess, like him, I just don't get why this warranted a monster extension while Ty W got screwed. I'm not saying that Weis is a bad coach, I'm a huge Pats fan and have a great deal of respect for him.

Whitlock is a clown, it's not racist, Notre Dame has just been burned a lot over the last few years (O'Leary, Meyer) and with the NFL talkin to Weis they wanted to make him a Golden Domer for life
