Party Poker to buy Doylesroom

Is there any truth to the rumor going around that Party Poker has made an offer to Doyle Brunson and the owners of Doylesroom to buy out the company for 250 million dollars.How big is Doylesroom.

'Doylesroom"..its a skin from tribeca network..

Party has however put in a buyout bid for Empire poker, but according to Egaming mag its way low....

Doylesroom just leases its software from Tribeca.Doylesroom has its own poker network i beleive its called the Doyle Brunson poker network.From what i understand you can become a skin within the Doyle Brunson Poker Network
I was just looking at the number of players playing at Doylesroom it was about 4700 players on-line.
