BetCris--worse than telemarketers

I had an account with BetCris last year. I cashed out after hoops season. They proceeded to call me at home every month even after I specifically asked them not to. I spoke to a manager and he said that he would note this in my account but they keep calling. Particularly a ver creepy and stupid guy there named Richard. I am not exaggerating here. I am changing my phone number because of these idiots.

Hopefully this post won't get erased because this is the "Sportsbook" forum but they are an advertiser here so....

Jimmy I do not like to be called either ...so its simply just do not give sportsbook any phone number ...if they "require it" for some reason move on...

so far I have not had one require it...and if its on the online form when you sign up put 0000000000 in as your phone, simply

Same exact problem here except my creepy guy is named Alex.

I told him last time that this was the only reason that I dont bet at cris - and if they ever dont call for 6 months straight i would redeposit.

So everytime he calls I tell him that he just reset the 6 month clock.

Doesnt work.

Books should take this information and put it to use.

It's the most annoying thing to get called from books. Send a personalized email if you have something to offer or want information. If you don't get a reply after a week then maybe give the person a ring.

They are losing the marketing war BIG TIME with the new age books...the old school shops are really feeling the pinch. It is getting to the point where all they have in their book is sharp action. It will only get worse as the BOS, BoDogs, and VIPs of the world take over with their marketing.

What the hell does "gastabo" mean. I was excited because it sounds like a cool word and I was hoping to add it to my vocabulary, but it is not in the dictionary.

And I hate to here this about Cris b/c it sinks them to the level of BetRoyal and ESB in my book.

You guys are drones. If someone called you up one day and said: "hello, im going to come by and drop off some free money in your mailbox.." would you turn that away? CRIS is calling offering some of the finest reload bonuses and you guys turn away? Keep calling me CRIS, it's like Christmas time when I hear Alex's voice offer me a fine reload.

i disagree - i dont play for bonuses and cris never even offered me one when i signed up and deposited, i just want my money when i win, its disapointing they take 2 days to pay you via neteller and the bogus lines are irritating as ive already pointed out. they dont phone me because i have the ringer turned off and if i dont know the number i dont answer (caller id)

You erroneously label Bonus funds as "free money". And I if one desires to be called, telemarketing is fine. But in some households such calls can be a sensitive issue and some posters have indicated that calls have not stopped in spite of requests to do so.
