Man, Detroit sucks.......

I thought they might have a decent team this year....thought maybe Harrington might mature, and the addition of Garcia as insurance, a nice corp of recievers, and strong running back, and a good coach, i thought they might turn the corner....and then early in the year, they looked decent, but last 3 weeks, just pitiful.......

today, is an embarassment....against a struggling minny team, with a backup qb in the game, they are getting blown out.....

As you know from being a "Bucs fan" (LOL), Johnson is still a very good QB. Detroit has a TON of injuries, which is why I went against them, along with the fact NOBODY wants Harrington in that huddle.

Bears really beat them up physically last week as well.

Not sure BG....havent been to a game there since early 90's...

Used to always play that song that would go O-F-F-E-N-S-E, D-E-F-E-N-S-E, now we're he to say, make the "panthers" walk the plank, go T-A-M-P-A B-A-Y!!!!!!!

some wagers are better than others!!,...with that said,....live in the metro detroit area,....stayed up all night earlier last week(tuesday) and herd first hand, that joey would be starting this game..............wow,....hey didnt take much for me to get my hard earned money on minnisota (even though minnisota may have collectively had a worse year)................im just saying this: JOEY HARRINGTON is such a just average(if that qb) that it makes no sense to think after 3 years he will suddenly turn things around,....i am unsure at this point if he could be a decent 2nd stringer!!,....but also keep in mind that the general manager?vice prseident is a guy who not so long ago was an anouncer(matt millan),....damn not to put a guy down but it gives me hope that maybee a pro team knocks on my door and offers me a multi million dollar position some time,........................well anyhow,...this is just an unsettled lion area guy who is quite tired of the bs,...........doesnt mean they wont look good next week,.....just still need to keep track of the line, before money decisions are made....................gl :suomi:
