How about Dick Vermiel down 3 points and rolling the dice by running the ball with 5 seconds to go (No Timeouts) and getting the winning score. How many NFL headcoaches would have played it safe and kicked the for the tie?

well wil,...not sure,.....but this is my feeling: there are some plays/(games) that make you realize what you are playing,......and this team did it!! well had a slow local guy and kept tract of the off shore line,.....i made money and will have the chance to extract more on monday,......take care!!

And scoring right before end of regulation and having to kick that extra point!

I doubt many coaches would have went for the win, Chiefs had that great line though.

Think it was the right call, but it still took some cojones to make the call. Although Vermeil probably followed up this manly decision by crying in the locker room afterwards!
