Have to love when they grade a wager incorrectly and the game is in the 3rd quarter.

This is the 2nd time in 48 hours I have had a wager graded incorrectly.

According to my good friend Anna who is a class of a person, Tony is very UPSET!!!! at these things happening, and is taking action against improper grading!! He will not tolerate such acts.

I will first say that 5Dimes is still one of my top five books. I appear on their testimonial page. I love the book and have no intention of stoping my play there. However I'd love to speak with Anna or Tony.

Several weeks ago I had 2 longshot futures wagers [same team same amounts] which I had handicapped very carefully at the beginning of the European soccer season simply "disappear". I had placed the wagers minutes apart at the beginning of the European soccer season risking very little to win very much. At the time of the "disappearance," my one time long shot shot soccer team was in first place in the table. I was told there was no way I could prove that I had placed the wagers unless I gave them the ticket numbers. I had them printed out but it took me a few minutes to find them.

I kept them on the phone and after finding the wager numbers and just as I began to read the ticket numbers they coincidently "found" the wagers also.

I was transferred to a female clerk who then put the wagers back up. I asked her what the hell had happened she she just said "oh just a jerk that's all".

What I think we have here is a strong and good tree with at least one rotten apple on it. However with betting opportunities at different numbers you will find nowhere else , safety, quick timely payouts, and their willingness to take on anybody's action; I would still highly recommend this book to anyone.

But with one important caveat; make sure you PRINT OUT EACH WAGER YOU MAKE!!!

I wanted to not mention this on these pages. Even privately discussed the matter with Fishhead. But when I saw this post, I felt I had to speak up since apparently the rotten apple is still on the tree.

5 dimes is a $hit book period and their CS stinks too! They have nothing more to offer than clone lines and 10% juice. The only good thing they offer is parlays in tennis and handicaps in tennis. It seems like they are also cutting down on props also. It seems like in the last year or so there aren't as many props as there was and to have money in this book is not even really worthwhile.

I have to disagree with you. They offer an incredible package of very unique soccer lines.

I agree. 5dimes offers the MOST soccer league lines. Including O/U 2.5 to asian handicap for 95% of the leagues. Israel, Turkey etc.. I do not have any improper grading experience before but I sure do not like their software.

I like to use them for the 10% Bonus on Win and Exotic horse wagers at select tracks. But it is annoying because they fail to award the bonus frequently and I have to contact customer service. I learned my lesson to only use live chat with them because when I send them an email, it often vanishes in cyberspace and nothing is done.

at least its nice to know that books as classy as 5dimes will honor a mistake and apologize in some way...very classy that the head guy is a bit mad at the wrong grade...tells me they care IMO
