How do you capture a screenshot of a web page?

I am closing a account i have at a book i am not happy with and want to make sure i have a screenshot in case they try to pull any crap.Can someone with knowledge of capturing screen shots lend a hand? Thanks :103631605

look at your keyboard there is a button called print screen hit that and then open up ms paint

Start > accessories > paint

and then paste it on there and save

Is it free, Sherman ? I tried these instructions to make a copy of my Pinny screen ( test) wound up with a blank picture in my pictures.

I can press the print screen button and then paste it to microsoft word or even a email and save it that way.

You can hit print screen then paste it in infraview (Is just a program used to view pics and has simple user friendly edit features) which I believe is free then upload it to photobucket which is also free

Then you can paste the pic on most any forum using the photobucket URL
