TO apologises to Eagles fans, says it was painful to not be on field vs. Redskins, apologies to team, Donavan McNabb, Andy Reid, Joe Banner and Mr. Lurie (Eagles owner). He says he respects Andy Reid.

Looks like the two of them are trying to get back on the Eagles this year. They realise what a big mistake Owens made and are know on damage control.

No chance the Eagles let him back. Zero. If they do, they will lose the respect of every franchise, player, and fan out there.

TO will never learn. Good luck to the next team that has to deal with this headache...next year.

COULD NOT AGREE MORE!!!!

and The NEXT QUESTION comment repeatedly by Rosenhaus, is making him looking like an ass!!! Rosenhaus is selling him right now to get on a contender this year. POssibly the Steelers, Colts, Falcons, Panthers........They are hoping a contender will believe he is different

Amazing how this drama continues. Believe Owens and his agent realized they will lose the arbitration which costs T.O. $213,000 per game for four weeks with the remaining games getting paid. Eagles then let him go and so far only four teams have even shown a bit of interest. Terrell could find himself at home in 2006. A single year contract could be too high for any takers.:cry4:

I think it is so obvious, and I cannto believe that his agent supports this, but what TO is really trying to do, is be like in baseball a late seaosn trade just to get the ring. In baseball it happens all the time, in football it is not considered the norm. TO does not want to play a full season, nor does he want to go to training camp any more. He wants to get in on the last 6 games of a season, and then make run at a 3 game sweep in the playoffs. And he would help a team in that respect, and I am sure someone will take him to try and gurantee their chance to get a ring.

Many players have tried this before, but none make as much a spectacle trying. He is actually trying to say

" I am really tired of playing football"

If the Eagles want to win they should take him back. He may have learned his lesson and if he does something again they can shitcan him again.

Is it just me or did Owens' agent come off a thousand times worse than T.O.?? Owens actually seemed a wee bit humble (if only for appearance's sake) but then his agent comes out pretty much looking for a fight. TO needs to fire this jackass in a big way.

All he is thinking about is the huge commission he will be out if TO is out of work.

Trading deadline has passed - He wont be playing for another team this season unless he is cut.

Drew is probably deeply regretting signing TO in the first place. His rep has to be taking a hit.

there will be plenty of teams to take him next season.
Raiders, Redskins, Broncos all come to mind as turd collectors.

The world would be alot simpler without players agents and lawyers. As far as T.O. goes, he should go, no questions asked.
