I guess it's impossible to have everything this side of paradise.

I'll start with Pinnacle, a good book. Others may have their own faves.

Some good books allow one to select one's own account number or username. Or give you a fairly short one. Pinnacle gives you an eight digit job, a pain in the posterior if one does not allow cookies and must type it in each time. Ridiculous!

And, while all other books I've ever visited or been enrolled with put the entire college betting menu on one page, Pinny feels obliged to spread it over 3 or 4 pages. Annoying as hell, & can't figure it out.

Agree that this is annoying as hell. Why cant they just put it all on one page like every other book? I really do hate this about pinny.

Go to the NCAA football page, and right under the menu you should see a link that says 'dynamic lines display'.

You won't have to refresh your lines anymore, it does it automatically about every 30 seconds. Also when a line change occurs the number will turn a different color to let you know. It will also list all the games on one page.

Go try it and tell me what you think

bet365:

Won't allow you to withdraw through Neteller even though you deposit using Neteller.

This book has the most contrived set of menus/popup windows in order to see unsettled bets or settled bets.

Bet365 won't allow NETeller withdrawals from their site. You need to go to the NETeller site and request a transfer.

BET365 cut off access to my account because I wouldn't give my real phone number. I withdraw through Neteller, deposit with Neteller - why the hell do they need my number?

Also, when I gave a fake phone number, I said I didn't want any calls. They figured out that the number was fake - and the confessed that they figured it out by actually calling me.
:monsters-

PS: In case there is a misunderstanding, they didn't stiff me. They just cut me off.

Before anyone says that 5 Dimes doesn't work with Firefox\Mozilla, all you need to do is hit F11 for the lines to display.

I'll try the Dynamic Line thingie at Pinny tomorrow, when i'll have a chance to get some bets in. Thanks for that valuable info.

Another book that I hear is very good - Skybook - is one I tried to check out a year or so ago, but never was able to check their lines as a guest. Because at that time - don't know if it's changed - Skybook was refusing entry to anyone who they could not "cookie."

I don't allow cookies, except for my bank account and a few other such sites. Don't want to go into a big thing on it, but cookies are a gateway to Spyware, far more insidious in my view that spam. (Utah is moving to control Spyware.) I know someone whose browser was completely hijacked by malicious spyware.

I don't want to be tracked - even "anonymously" (Right!) - by a sports book. I couldn't figure out why Skybook was doing that, as I did not encounter it at any other book (which doesn't mean some other books don't have it).
