Very good article on the subject of gambling. Most interesting article I think I've ever read on the subject.
At the end of the day, most gamblers are following a "system" of one sort or another. They might not realize it, but they are.
Sometimes I think I am nuts for betting on my "systems" but the alternative is to bet by the seat of my pants and when you start doing that you can run into trouble real fast when you are down and thinking about quitting. Cut your losses....exactly what the books want you to do. But if you are following a time tested "system" that you have back data on, you can go back in time and see that sometimes the system does in fact rattle off a couple of losing seasons. Stick to your guns...history generally has a tendency to repeat itself.
